The PogaProject — Yoga, Sound Healing & Reiki

Po

The PogaProject is Eli’s passion — a soulful blend of yoga, sound healing, Reiki and meditation, inviting people to reconnect with themselves.

The PogaProject grew from Eli’s time living and studying in an Indian Ashram in Northern India, where she developed a deeper connection to yoga, spirituality and personal growth. In McLeod Ganj, she studied traditional Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, immersing herself in the philosophy, traditions and spiritual depth of yoga.

Yoga is at the heart of Eli’s practice and remains her strongest foundation. Her approach is grounded, accessible and intentional, encouraging people to move, breathe and connect with their bodies without focusing on performance.

Sound healing is a key part of the PogaProject. Eli works with sound and vibration as a way of exploring the body’s energy and chakra system. Her sound healing involves tuning into each of the individual chakras and their unique sounds and vibrations. A larger singing bowl is then played over each of the seven chakras, working to encourage and restore the flow of energy through each chakra, while balancing and releasing stagnant energy. The experience creates space to slow down, quieten the mind and turn awareness inward, allowing sound and vibration to become a pathway into deeper awareness and a more connected relationship between the mind, body and psyche.

Reiki brings another dimension of energy work to the PogaProject. Through the exchange of energy between practitioner and client, using gentle hands-near-the-body techniques, Reiki creates a space to receive, restore and reconnect with your own energy. The practice encourages stillness, presence and a sense of energetic balance.

At Aviano, the PogaProject complements a holistic approach to wellbeing, recognising the connection between body, mind and spirit. The PogaProject is an invitation to move, explore, connect and grow — a playground for the soul.

Every practitioner works differently, but the intention is the same: restore movement, reduce pain, and create space for genuine change.
